1 Source Apartment Locators opened its Valley Ranch location in January of 2009. It was a new name and new location, but not a new company. We originally started in 1999 as DFW Realty Group. Our business included home sales, commercial real estate and apartment locating.  DFW Realty Group didnt sound much like an apartment locator so we decided to use a new name and opened our retail location in the heart of the metroplex (Valley Ranch - In Irving).  In 2010 we decided to change our real estate operations name to 1 Source DFW Realty.  (www.solddfw.com).  1 Source is a full service real estate company that can help with all your real estate and rental needs.

Jeff and Joanna Dean are the broker/owners and reside in Flower Mound. Jeff was born and raised in Irving and graduated from MacArthur High School and the University of North Texas. Joanna is from Chicago, IL but got to Texas as fast as she could. Not only do we work with renters all over the DFW area, we also work with relocation clients and furnished apartments. We find you the best deal possible on local apartments, townhomes, condos; and our licensed real estate agents average over 8 years of experience. How is Our Service Free?

Our service is free because apartment complexes pay us a commission (referral fee) to bring people to their community. We work with thousands of renters every year, and most properties will work with us - (around 95%). When you put your agent and our company name down on the application that insures that we get paid, which in turn allows us to offer you a moving incentive.

Why do We Offer Incentives?

Some of our competitors offer incentives to get you to list their company and don't really do much to help. They hope you will put their name down to get your free stuff, so not only do we offer lease incentives - we actually help you with great service! We hope the combination of our experience and different incentives we offer will encourage you to use our FREE service.

Will using a locator affect my rent specials?

NO! Properties will still offer you the same incentives if you use an apartment locater.
